NIGERIAN BANKS CANNOT PROTECT YOUR MONEY
I expected Diamond Bank to tell me accounts that money was transferred to, the owner phone number that the recharge card was sent to, but nothing came from the bank, only that they are not liable.
Those accounts are not ghost accounts?
What is the essence of BVN?
Does it mean that if one has money in his account and it disappears, the bank should not be liable?
Does it mean the bank has no insurance policy to cover its customers?
This means that if one has money with Diamond Bank it's no longer safe and secured.
This matter was dealt with levity and a care free attitude by the bank.
It is my money and I cannot loose that money to the bank and more so, the bank would never loose that amount to any customer.
