“As part of our goal to preserve the history of the various ethnic groups in Nigeria from extinction for the benefit of future generations, Living Evidence Foundation embarked on a research into the origin of different ethnic groups in Nigeria. .

To this end, Living Evidence Foundation is glad to inform the general public that we have concluded our book titled "ORIGIN OF THE MAJOR ETHNIC GROUPS IN EDO STATE". It is a compilation of the rich history of the Binis, Esans, Estakos, Owans, and Akoko-Edos of Edo State, South - South Nigeria gotten from different sources around the world including Oral Traditions. .

Also included in the book, are the various Oba's that have Ruled Edo State, the Governor's and many other vital information that will enlighten you about the rich cultural heritage of Edolites. It's a must read for all Edolites both home and in Diaspora. .

It's our plan to give out free Copies of the book to Nursery, Primary, and Secondary Schools, tertiary institutions, orphanage and rehabilitation homes, Prisons and others Both within and outside Edo State.
